Hi! My name is Alex Madzia. I am a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. At UC, I was a member of the University Honors Program, a Teaching Assistant, and a member of the College of Engineering and Applied Science Tribunal Executive Board. Through these positions, I enjoyed mentoring first- and second-year students and giving back to the college community.
Take a look around my Learning Portfolio to learn about some of the experiences and projects throughout my undergraduate education that helped me develop technical, professional, and leadership skills and become a global citizen scholar.
For an example of an interdisciplinary team project that I completed in which I combined engineering, design, and sustainability to address a societal issue, I invite you to explore the Sticky Innovation tab of my website.
